The Process:

Prepare the designated area for the abrasive blasting process, ensuring that plastic coverings are meticulously applied to shield adjacent surfaces from any potential overspray. Perform a thorough sandblasting of the pipes to eliminate all impurities and establish the requisite metal profile for optimal coating adhesion. Subsequently, meticulously remove any residual blast debris from the pipes. Apply the specified DTM Polyaspartic coating to both the pipes and valves, adhering to the prescribed color specifications. Finally, carefully remove any tape used during the process and conduct a comprehensive cleanup of the work area.
